Grapht (grapht.tools) is an online tool for drawing graph data models for Neo4j and other property graph databases: nodes, relationships, labels and properties, with layers, notes and automatic arrangement. Models are exported to Cypher, JSON, SVG and PNG. Nothing to install and no account.
The app needs JavaScript. Read what Grapht does.
